We Dream We Travel

We are a Portuguese couple living in Manchester, UK, with our 2 rescue dogs and dreaming of travelling the world in an RV.

 

Together since April 2008, we’ve adopted Mix and Dee-Dee. We love travelling and mark our birthdays with a trip, either a sun holiday abroad, a European city break or a walking weekend with friends in the UK.

 

We try to take the furbabies with us on all weekend adventures, but for longer journeys they get the grandparents dogsitting (which we suspect they prefer!!!).

 

The RV test came when we went to the USA with 4 other friends and hired one to travel 4 states… So that’s the dream. Follow our planning, adventures, pictures and overall mad moments.

 

Introducing:

Pedro: a sportsman and a geek all in one! From an IT background, but with a passion for sports (2 marathon, Manchester 100 miles cycle and 2 triathlons completed!), he hobbies as a photographer.

Isa: a shy extrovert, words and languages girl with a sewing alterego and a ‘live in colour’ motto. Loves sports, musicals and books.

Mix: a brindle staffy cross and mummy’s boy. Adopted at just 5 months with hardly any hair except for some different colour parches (hence the name Mix), he is afraid of the hoover and ladybugs… yes, you read that right! 

Dee-Dee: a black Alsatian shepherd and daddy’s girl, also adopted from Manchester Dogs Home, at 5 years old. A proper guard dog, she takes her time to warm to strangers, and adores belly rubs!
